Recording studio Maxi Sound was built in Kyiv in 2007. The studio is located in a typical two-storeyed building of lightweight construction with a ceiling height of 3 meters on the second floor. It contains a control room (30sq.m), neutral room (30sq.m), vocal and arranger rooms (15sq.m each), as well as office room, kitchen and others. Installed monitors – Reflexion Arts 239. This is the first monitor system designed by Philip Newell in Kyiv. Acoustic designer – Alexander Kravchenko. Engineering and technology – Victor Verhnyatsky. Installation and monitor system configuration – Oleg Naumenko and Alexander Kravchenko. Owner of the studio – Leonid Sushko.
Recording studio VI Sound, Moskow, Russia
Valery Paramonov’s recording studio VI Sound is a part of complex of two studios. The studio was built in 2006 and is located in the center of Moscow, near Moskva River, in the basement of a building. The studio contains a large control room and the neutral acoustic room. Square of the studio – 110sq.m, ceiling height – 5.5 meters. Monitor system – Reflexion Arts 239. Acoustic design – Alexander Kravchenko. Engineering and technology – Victor Verhnyatsky. Installation and monitor system configuration - Oleg Naumenko and Alexander Kravchenko. Owner of the studio – Valery Paramonov.
P.S. Unfortunately, after some time the customer changed LF-loudspeakers in the monitors. This will definitely degrade the performance of the system. I’m sorry, but these monitors to Philip Newell’s monitors have no relation now.
